Loving Furry Heroes

Our first story is about our kind and intelligent dolphin friends, who have been known to protect humans and other marine beings throughout history. Off the coast of Ireland there was a swimmer from County Londonderry, who was stranded in chilly waters for hours while trying to swim back to the beach. He was too exhausted to swim, and also suffered from hypothermia. At that time he noticed a pod of dolphin-people surrounding him. As it was getting dark, it was hard for the human rescue team to locate him. The activity of the dolphin-people alerted and helped them to find the man in time. Fortunately, he was still conscious and made a full recovery after being rushed to hospital.

The following story is about a parrot-person in Australia, who saved his human companion from a house fire, even before the smoke detector alerted him! On a freezing winter night in Ontario, Canada, in 2019, a passerby spotted a dog-person with baby cat-people in a ditch by a rural road, covered in snow. The Pet and Wildlife Rescue shelter in Chatham-Kent was alerted and immediately rushed to the scene. Upon arrival they found the stray dog-lady cuddling five abandoned newborn baby cat-people to keep them warm. The dog-lady and cat babies were brought to the shelter.
